Kairai Sakka - Kazekage

Appearance: Kairai has bright, red hair that goes to about his shoulder in length. His eyes are a dark green color, and he is very tanned. His arms are not see able from the outside, as he wears a white shirt with long sleeves, that cover his hand and arms. He has beige pants, with pockets everywhere on the pants. He wears normal ninja footwear.
Personality: Kairai is a very strong willed and open minded person. He doesn't like to be extremely intense all the time, and enjoys a break every now and then. He is usually the person to start trouble, which is very odd for the Kazekage to be doing.

Special Characteristics: Kairai two arms have been replaced with the same material puppets are made of, and have an assortment of weapons built into his arms. The arms contain swords that come out of the wrists, senbon launchers built into the palms. knifes that come out of the elbows, and a shield that can extend out of the side of the arm, between the elbow and the hand. He does not feel pain in his arms either, so they can be reattached to his body of they are cut off.

RP Sample: Kairai was bored. He gazed out his window to notice the bustling city streets of Sunagakure no Sato. He wished he could be outside, but was stuck inside in this meeting. As the man started to ramble, Kairai came up with an idea. As he excused himself to the bathroom, he quickly made a lightning clone of himself, and seaked out through the window. As he stretched his arms, he smiled. I'm free from the boredom! thought Kairai as he ran off into the streets to see what was going happening in Sunagakure.

Weapon Ability:
- Wire Launchers: Jinsoku has built in wire launchers on his 2 shoulders and in the middle of his circular chest. The stomach has a small hole in the center of the stomach, where the wire can attach itself to an enemy. They can pull an opponent very fast towards the puppet, and if not broken can be pulled into the next weapon.
- Chest Cavity Swords: The stomach can open up to reveal 4 long katanas that stick out of the stomach. The wire launchers are designed to pull the victim into these swords impaling them to death.
- Kunai Launcher: The arm of the puppet is extremely bulky, and is fairly heavy. The hand of the puppet can open up and fold back, revealing a huge hole where the puppets hand used to be. A mechanism inside the arm will start to spin, and has a kunai attached to it by the small hole at the end of the kunai. As a kunai is loaded, the spinning mechanism will make a rotation, then release the kunai out of the hole in the arm. It then reloads another kunai while still spinning, then continues this process. Though this process happens abnormally fast, it can fire about 6 kunai per second, meaning that it fire a lot of kunai.
- Poisonous Senbon Launcher: The mouth contains very small senbons, which can be fired out of the mouth. The poison attached to them is fairly deadly, but there is a known antidote.
- Smoke Launchers: At the bottom of the stomach there are small launcher that can drop smoke bombs onto the ground, where they immediately erupt into a huge billow of smoke.

Kugutsu no Jutsu
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.

The user makes a few hand seals then quickly thrusts there hand into the ground. The users puppet will then appear out of the summoning markings drawn.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will gather lightning in the bottom of there heels, then either run or jump. The lightning chakra will then be released, propelling the user forward at extreme speeds. This makes it good for travel, but makes it impossible to see where you are going. To make sure you are going safely, you must be able to see where you are going to 'jump' to that location. This movement is so fast, it appears as the user is disappearing into thin air, only to reappear a few seconds later at the designated location.
Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.
Chidori
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.
Raikiri - Lightning Edge
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will form a normal Chidori like normal, but will instead use a electrical current in the Chidori. This allows the user to change the power and range of the technique as they see fit.
Kirin
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will first launch fireballs into the sky above using a Katon Jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. The user will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly then normal. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon • Gouryuuka no Jutsu
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Katon • Gouryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja will expel dragon head fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concrete.
Katon • Kasumi Enbu
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.
